NOVELOS
You could anesthetize yourself and try not to think about, changing the subject but, for real, reality is a heavy stuff. It’s hard to process. This lyric is a poetic chance to get us out of this misery that plagues the planet. It was the very first song especially created for this record, while Gustavo and myself were isolated in a beach composing for HABILIDADES EXTRAORDINÁRIAS. Nine out of the eleven songs were made there.

It was the loosest arrangements, perhaps the most tropicalist, the most Jorge Mautner-ian. A groove take. Perfect for recording on tape alive. Each take, an experience. Hard to choose which one. When we release a record, we always hope to have “the” vinyl format. So Novelos would close the A side in an "I'm leaving" mood. I’m going to live on the moon...
